We offer linen-led apparel, accessories, home textiles and lifestyle goods where the relevant product information supports that description. Products and material information
We aim to display product names, images, colours, prices, dimensions, materials and availability accurately. Colours may appear differently on different screens. Product information can vary between items, so please review the relevant product page before ordering.
We use “linen” only when the source or approved product record supports that description. A linen blend will be described as a linen blend, and a linen-look product will not automatically be described as linen. We do not claim 100% linen, European linen, organic linen, sustainability, breathability, cooling performance, softness, wrinkle resistance, shrink resistance, premium quality or origin without reliable product evidence.
Fit, size and use information
Fit information is guidance, not a guarantee. Where available, product pages may describe a relaxed, loose, fitted, oversized, A-line, wrap, tiered, smocked, boxy or wide-leg silhouette. We do not infer fit from a model image alone. Please compare your measurements with the approved size chart and review garment measurements where provided.
Prices and payment
Prices, currency, delivery charges, taxes and other applicable charges are shown at checkout before you place an order. Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers.
Orders
After you place an order, we will send an order confirmation to the email address provided at checkout. We may cancel or refuse an order if a product is unavailable, payment is not authorised, a listing or pricing error occurred, delivery is unavailable to the destination or we reasonably suspect fraud. If we cancel after payment, we will refund the affected amount.
Delivery and returns
Estimated delivery is generally 10–14 days, depending on destination and fulfilment conditions. Eligible return requests may be made within 14 days after delivery. See our Shipping & Delivery Policy and Refund and Returns Policy.
Intellectual property and acceptable use
The LinenWonder name, website content, images, text, graphics, product descriptions and design are owned by or licensed to LinenWonder. You may use the website for personal shopping purposes only. You must not copy, scrape, reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit website content without permission.
Website availability and liability
We may update, suspend or withdraw parts of the website for operational, security or maintenance reasons. To the extent permitted by law, LinenWonder is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits your consumer rights concerning faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or misdescribed goods.
