We want you to feel confident choosing linen fashion and lifestyle products online. This policy explains our 14-day return process and preserves any mandatory consumer rights that apply to your order.
Change-of-mind returns
LinenWonder accepts eligible return requests within 14 days after delivery. Contact contact@linenwonder.com with your order number, product name, reason for return and photographs where relevant.
Items should be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and undamaged. They should be free from stains, makeup, perfume, smoke or noticeable odours and returned with original tags and packaging where supplied. The product should be in a condition suitable for resale.
You may handle and inspect an item as reasonably necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. If it has been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary and its value is diminished, any deduction will only be made where permitted by law.
Return exceptions
Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, voluntary returns may not apply to customised or personalised items, made-to-order items where applicable, items altered at the customer’s request, clearly identified final-sale items, or sealed goods unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once opened.
These exclusions do not remove rights relating to faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or misdescribed goods.
Return shipping
Return postage for a change-of-mind return is generally the customer’s responsibility unless applicable law requires otherwise or LinenWonder confirms otherwise in writing. For faulty, damaged or incorrect products, we will provide the remedy or return-cost solution required by applicable law.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting an approved return, we will normally process the refund within 7 business days. Refunds are normally issued to the original payment method. The time for funds to appear depends on the bank, card issuer or payment provider.
For voluntary returns outside statutory rights, original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless stated otherwise. Statutory cancellation or withdrawal rules take priority where applicable.
Faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed items
Contact us as soon as reasonably possible with your order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs where possible. We will assess the issue and provide the remedy required by applicable law, which may include replacement, repair, price reduction, refund or another remedy.
International duties and taxes
Customers may be responsible for import duties, customs charges, brokerage fees and destination-country taxes unless LinenWonder states otherwise at checkout. These charges may not be refundable unless required by law.
Return instructions
Do not send a return to the business correspondence address unless LinenWonder specifically instructs you to do so. After your request is reviewed, we will provide the applicable return instructions and return address.
Cancellation before dispatch
To request cancellation before dispatch, email contact@linenwonder.com promptly with your order number. Cancellation cannot be guaranteed after processing or dispatch has started.
